"I love Judith's willingness to tell the truth and to risk being impolite for the sake of honesty. I think that's a great attribute, a required one in fact, for a great coach.
Judith has long been my positive projection of willingness to show up for the challenges that present themselves. It takes guts to travel halfway around the world and make a life for oneself, and there aren't that many people who can take that on and make it work. But here she is. For me that says a lot about who Judith is.
Some of Judith's unique character traits and strengths are her inclination towards honesty, and her willingness to show up for herself. I would add to the list she's obviously smart, and in my experience she's both consistent and accountable.
But there's one other trait about Judith that I've long admired; I get the sense that she's someone who holds herself to fairly high standards of behavior. That's commendable. But for me even more so is the willingness to occasionally set that aside and let herself indulge and enjoy life sometimes. I love that Judith eats what she wants sometimes and just know that if she gains some weight she'll deal with it later. I love that willingness to just be human sometimes. She handles business when it's to be handled, and she dances her heart out and have fun when that's there to be had. Love that."
